Annual Association and Dock Fees

Grand View Shores Association dues are $350 per year and are due May 15. This covers association insurance, putting the docks in and out each season, maintenance of stairs and docks, etc.

Please note: The walking path is part of the WRPCO owned 100 foot strip that is maintained by them.

Dock Fees: An additional fee is charged for each property owner who puts out any watercraft or lift each season. This is an annual charge from WRPCO. We have been notified by WRPCO that these fees will be $489 per watercraft in 2026. This includes all boats, lifts, kayaks, paddleboards, canoes, jet skis, including those left on the shoreline. All dock fees are due May 15th if you are planning on having a watercraft. If you decide to put out any watercraft later, a GVS board member needs to be notified and the fees need to be paid within 30 days.
