Please contact Tyler from Dock Masters if you had him put your boat lift in last year and do NOT want him to put it in for the summer of 2026. He will assume that you want it in again unless he hears from you.

Grand View Shores Association dues are $350 per year and are due May 15. This covers association insurance, putting the docks in and out each season, maintenance of stairs and docks, etc. Please note: The walking path is part of the WRPCO owned 100 foot strip that is maintained by them. Dock Fees: An additional fee is charged for each property owner who puts out any watercraft or lift each season. This is an annual charge from WRPCO. We have been notified by WRPCO that

The 2026 meeting will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at 10AM. Annual meetings are always held on the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend at 10AM and are located in the cul-de-sac at the end of Grand View Trail off of 23rd Avenue.
